Hakîmzâde Muhammed el-Bağdâdî'nin Risale-i Tecvîd isimli eseri inceleme ve transkripsiyon

Abstract

17. yüzyıl Osmanlı âlimlerinden Hakîmzâde Muhammed el-Bağdâdî, Bağdat'ın Da-rüs-Selam semtinde yaşamış, hayatını ilim okumak ve okutmakla geçirmiş büyük bir âlimdir. Aynı zamanda o İslami İlimlerin farklı alanlarında kendini yetiştirmiş; Arapça, Farsça ve Osmanlıca eserler yazmış bir bilgindir. Onun Risâle-i Tecvîd adlı eseri Tecvîd ilmi alanında günümüze kadar gelen yegâne eserlerinden biri olduğu için araştırmamızın konusu olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmamız bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın ko-nusu, amacı, kapsamı, yöntemi, planı ve araştırma konusuyla ilgili literatür hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Birinci bölüm ise iki kısımdan oluşmaktadır. İlk kısımda "Bir eseri en iyi anlamanın onu yazan kişiyi tanımaktır" mantığından hareketle öncelikle Hakîmzâde'nin hayatı, eserleri incelenmektedir. Daha sonraki kısımda ise tezin muh-tevası ayrıntılı bir şekilde irdelenmektedir. Hakîmzâde'nin sistemine sadık kalmak amacıyla olabildiğince onun takip ettiği başlıklandırma ve sıra kullanılmıştır. Fakat birkaç yerde tecvìd kitaplarındaki sıraya dikkat edilmiştir. Bu kısımda öncelikle tecvîd ilminin önemi üzerinde durulmakta sonrasında istiaze ve besmele gibi konularla de-vam edilmektedir. Devamında ise tecvîd konularının her biri işlenmektedir. Hakîmzâde, söz konusu tecvîd bahislerinden bahsederken bol örnekler vermekte ay-rıca başka âlimlerin fikirlerini de yer yer vermektedir. İkinci bölümde ise Hakîmzâde'nin Tecvîd'le ilgili risâlesinin transkripsiyonu verilmiştir. Hakîmzâde'nin tecvîdle ilgili risalesini kısaca değerlendirmek gerekirse onun tilâvet konusunda Âsım kırâ'ati ve Hafs rivâyetini esas almakla birlikte yer yer Âsım kırâ'ati dışındaki kırâ'at alimlerinin uygulamalarına da yer verdiği görülmektedir. Bunun yanı sıra tecvîd kurallarını izah ederken ittifak ve ihtilâf edilen meseleleri ele almaya özen gösterdiği mülahaza edilmektedir. Hakîmzâde, eserinde işlemiş olduğu tecvîd kaide-lerini ele alırken kırâ'at imâmlarının ve tecvîd alimlerinin okuyuş ve uygulamalarını karşılaştırmalı bir şekilde değerlendirmiştir.

17 th century Ottoman scholar Hakîmzâde Muhammed al-Baghdadi; He lived in the neighborhood of Dar al-Salam's Baghdad, spent his life studying and teaching knowledge and lived Islam. He was a scholar who was trained in different branches of knowledge and wrote works in Arabic, Persian and Ottoman Turkish. The work titled Risâle-i Tajwîd, which is the subject of this research, is Hakimzâde's It is his manusc-ript work on Tajwīd. The work consists of two parts, the first part consists of seven main headings and de-tailed sub-sections of these headings. In the Muqaddimah, the subjects of istiâze and besmela are given meaning and the details of tajwîd are given on this subject. In the main chapters of the work, topics such as mahāric-i hurūf, sıfāt-i hurūf, calcala, waqf and iptida are detailed in detail with examples. The second part consists of eight chapters and a hatime. Muqaddima: It started with hadiths emphasizing the importance of starting to read the Qur'an with istiâze and basmala, and all the chapters such as the first chapter, nûni sakine and tenvin, med and kasır, ihfa and its types were explained respectively with abundant examples. In the last part of the conclusion, he gave examples of the verses that cause one to disbelieve if one does not make waqf while reciting the Qur'an, explained the topics of mahāric'ul hurūf and adjectives in couplets, and concluded by listing the names of the imams and narrators of the Qiraat of the Seb'a (seven ahruf/seven letters). In the book, although the author based the recitation on the Qur'an of Asim and the Hafs narration, he also included the practices of Qur'anic scholars other than the Qur'an of Asim. While explaining the rules of tajwid, the issues that they agree with and that are controversial are also mentioned. The reading and practices of the Qiraat imams and tajwīd scholars have been evaluated comparatively within the framework of the scope limitations while dealing with the tajwīd principles that the author dealt with in his work.
