(2022-2000) دور التمويل الإسلامي للمشروعات الزراعية الصغيرة والمتناهية الصغر للحد من البطالة في اليمن: دراسة تحليلية

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Yemen'de işsizliğin azaltılmasına yönelik küçük ve mikro ölçekli projelerde İslami finansın rolü: analitik bir çalışma (2000-2022) bilmeyi ve tartışmayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu projelerin İyi Kredi (AlQard AlHasan), Ticari Spekülasyon (Mudaraba), çiftçilik ve işsiz gençlerin katılımı yoluyla İslami olarak finanse edilmesi, ülkelerin çöküşünün en tehlikeli faktörlerinden biri olarak kabul edilen işsizliğin azaltılmasına nasıl katkıda bulunabilir. Bu çalışmada, Yemen'deki duruma benzer şekilde Yemen'de ve diğer ülkelerde tarımla ilgilenen araştırmacıların ve tarımla ilgilenenlerin yazdıklarının okunup gözden geçirilmesi, Yemen'i vuran işsizlik olgusunun tehlikesi anlatılması ve bu durumun boyutunun gösterilmesi şeklinde betimleyici bir yaklaşım kullanılmıştır. Küçük tarım projelerinin işsizliğin azaltılmasına ne ölçüde katkıda bulunduğunu ölçen doğru istatistikler üretmek amacıyla sonuçları Dünya Bankası'nın ve diğer web sitelerden izlenecek değişkenlerin rolünün ölçülmesi ve ardından bu verilerin analiz edilmesi amacıyla istatistiksel ve analitik yaklaşım da kullanıldı. bilimsel araştırma ilkelerine göre, küçük ve mikro tarım projeleri İslami finansmanın Yemen'deki işsizliği azaltma rolü gerçekçi bir bilimsel sonuç elde ederek, belirlendi.This study aims to recognize and discuss the role played by small and micro projects in reducing unemployment in Yemen, through an analytical study for the time period between (2000-2022) and how can the Islamic financing of these projects through benevolent interest-free loans (Al-Qard Al-Hasan), Salam sharecropping, speculation (Mudarabah), Musaqah, and Mugharash contracts, farming, and participation with unemployed youth contribute in reducing unemployment, which is considered one of the most dangerous factors for the collapse of countries.The study uses descriptive approach, by reviewing researchs results in agriculture in Yemen. The statistical and analytical approach was also used by measuring the role of the variables whose results will be monitored from the World Bank’s and other websites for the purpose of producing accurate statistics that measure the extent to which small agricultural projects contribute in reducing unemployment, then analyzing this data according to the principles of scientific research and coming up with a realistic scientific result for the role of Islamic financing of small and micro agricultural projects, which in turn reduces unemployment in Yemen, The most important results of the research were that small and micro agricultural projects play a pivotal role in providing food to the local population, enhancing food security, and contributing to creating job opportunities and increasing income.
