Elmalılı M. Hamdi Yazır'ın Hak Dini Kur'ân Dili Adlı Tefsirinde Ticaretle İlgili Kavramlar

Abstract

Ticaret ve ekonomi insan hayatının merkezindedir ve yaşam bu alanın etrafında şekillenmektedir. Kur’ân’da bu faaliyetler esnasında kişinin nasıl bir ahlaki tutum içerisinde olması gerektiği belirtilerek, dürüst bir şekilde davranan, doğruluğu ilke edinen kimselerin büyük mükâfatlara kavuşacağı müjdelenmiş aksine, hileye başvuran ve aldatmaca peşinde olanların dünya ve ahirette ağır bir yaptırımla karşı karşıya kalacakları vurgulanmıştır. Ticaretin ve bu tür ekonomi ile ilgili işlemlerin, günü kurtarmak, kısa yoldan zengin olmak hayatı devam ettirmek gibi amaçlarla değil, adalet ve dürüstlük ilkeleri rehber edinerek elde ettiği temiz kazançla hem kendine hem de topluma faydalı bir birey olarak cenneti kazanmak için yapılması gerektiği belirtilmiştir. Kur’ân’da bahsi geçen ayetleri Elmalılı ahlaki açıdan da tefsir ederek ayetlerin manasının daha iyi anlaşılmasını sağlamıştır. Elmalılı’nın bu ayetlere getirdiği çok yönlü bakış açısı, ticaret ve ekonomi açısından da bizler için, ayetlerin mahiyetini anlama ve iktisadi hayatımıza yön verme hususunda büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu sebepten yola çıkarak Elmalılı’nın yorumladığı ticaret ile ilgili ayetleri inceleyip ahlak çerçevesinde ortaya koyduğu fikirleri değerlendirmeyi amaçladık. Bunun sonucunda müfessirin, kavramların daha çok uhrevi boyutunu ön plana çıkardığını örneğin ticaretin, bir amaç değil araç olarak görülmesi ve kişinin ebedi saadetine vesile olması için bu tür işlemlerde ayetlerde belirtilen esaslara riayet edilmesi gerektiğine gibi hususlara dikkat çektiği görülmüştür.

Trade and economy are at the centre of human life and life is shaped around this field. In the Qur'an, it is stated what kind of moral attitude a person should have during these activities, and it is heralded that those who behave honestly and adopt honesty as a principle will have great rewards, on the contrary, it is emphasised that those who resort to deceit and seek deception will face severe sanctions in this world and the hereafter. It has been stated that trade and such economic transactions should be carried out not for the purpose of saving the day, getting rich in a short time, and continuing life, but for the purpose of earning paradise as an individual who is beneficial both to himself and to the society with his clean earnings, guided by the principles of justice and honesty. Elmalılı has provided a better understanding of the meaning of the verses mentioned in the Qur'an by interpreting them from a moral point of view. The multifaceted perspective that Elmalılı brought to these verses is of great importance for us in terms of trade and economy, in terms of understanding the nature of the verses and guiding our economic life. Based on this reason, we aimed to examine the verses related to trade interpreted by Elmalılı and to evaluate the ideas he put forward within the framework of morality. As a result, it was observed that Elmalılı emphasised the otherworldly dimension of the concepts, for example, that trade should be seen as a means, not an end, and that the principles specified in the verses should be observed in such transactions in order to be instrumental in the eternal bliss of the person.
