Helal gıda anlayışımız

Abstract

Helal gıda konusu son yıllarda dünya gündemine oturmuş durumdadır. Bunun sebebi dünya milli gelirinin yaklaşık 1/20’sinin helal gıda tarafından oluşturulmuş olmasıdır. İslam’ın helal gıdayı ısrarla emretmiş olması da helal gıdanın İslam âleminde gündemde olmasının başka bir sebebidir. Çünkü insan helal gıdaya ayarlı yaratılmıştır. Helal olmayan gıdalar insandaki ilahî ayarı bozmaktadır. Bu ayarın yeniden düzene sokulması zorunludur ve bunun için de insanların helal ürün tüketmesi gerekmektedir. Tüketime dayalı ekonomi, israfa, israf da çok hammadde kullanımına, çok hammadde kullanımı ise çevre bozukluğuna sebep olmuştur. İsrafın önlenmesi konusunda “Üretileni tüket” felsefesi yerine mutlaka “İhtiyaç kadar üret/fazla üretme” felsefesine geçilmelidir. İslam’da “Tayyibât” helal, “Habâis” ise haram kılınmıştır. Kur’ân’ı Kerim ve Hadislerde helal ve haram ilkeleri zikredilmiş ve bunlara ilişkin örnekler verilmiştir. Adı geçmeyenlerin durumu konusunda da ilkelere göre hükmünün tespiti yoluna gidilmiştir. Bu konuda önemli bir terim, “İstihale” kavramıdır ve kısmen kimyasal dönüşüm olan istihale, haram ve necis olan şeyi helal ve temiz hale getirir. Bu çalışmada helal/haram konuları ve bunların Müslümanlar açısından önemi tartışılmış ve konuya ilişkin bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

The halal food issue has been on the world agenda for several years. The reason for this is that approximately 1/20 of the world's national income is generated by halal food. The insistence of Islam on halal food is another reason why halal food is on the agenda of the Islamic world. Human being was created according to halal food. Foods that are not halal have disturbed the divine adjustment of the mankind. This setting needs to be rearranged. Consumption-based economy has caused waste, waste has caused the use of extra more raw material, and the use of too much raw material has caused environmental problems. To prevent wastage, instead of the philosophy of "Consume what is produced", the philosophy of "Produce as needed/do not overproduce" concept must be adopted. In Islam, "Tayyibat" is halal and "Habais" is forbidden. In the Qur'an and Hadith, halal and haram principles are mentioned, and examples are given. For those whose names were not mentioned, the decision was made according to the basic principles withdrawn from the book. An important term in this regard is the concept of “Istihalah”, which is a chemical transformation, that makes what is haram and najis is halal and clean. So, in this study, halal/haram issues and their importance for the Muslims were discussed and some suggestions were made accordingly.
