dc.description.abstractThere is a growing belief that principals should be agile leaders to demonstrate effective management in the face of challenging situations such as uncertainty and confusion. This study, which takes the research to determine the qualities of the agile leader one step further, the differences in the agile leadership characteristics of the school principals according to the gender, age, seniority, educational status, and school levels of the teachers were examined. The research was carried out according to the descriptive research design, 1067 volunteer teachers from all education levels participated in the research and the data were obtained through the "Marmara Agile Leadership Scale". According to the findings of the study, the agile leadership levels of school principals were found to be "very high". While the agile leadership characteristics of school principals perceived by teachers do not make a significant difference according to their gender and educational status; There was a significant difference according to their seniority, age, and school level. The findings of the research are discussed with theory and other research findings.en_US
