Yûsuf Efendi Zâde "Necâhü'l-Kârî Şerhu Sahîhı'l-Buhârî" isimli kitabının şirketler bölümü tahkik ve inceleme

Abstract

Bu tezde, on ikinci hicri yüzyılda yaşayan din alimi " Şeyh Yusuf Efendi Zade"ye ait olan sahih albuhari açıklama sahifasında yer alan "şirketler" adlı bölümü bilimsel olarak incelenmiş ve dokümante edilmiştir. Şeyh, kitabında sahih abuhari´da yer alan hadisleri açıklamıştır. Tezde, yazarın yaklaşımı ve sahih albuharida yer alan şirketler bölümü açıklamasında kullandığı kaynakları tanıtılmıştır. Tezin önemi, özellikle Arap bilimleri ile ilgili olarak diğer Sahih Buhari yorumcularının çabalarını bir araya getiren, geç Osmanlı bir alimin yazdığı bir sahifanın incelemesinde yer almaktadır. Sahifanın incelenmesi, sahifanın iki nüshası ile yazarın kendi eliyle yazdığı bir temel nüsha karşılaştırılmaya dayanmıştır. Buna ek olarak tezde, yorumlayıcı tarafından benimsenen kaynaklar açıklaması, garip kelimelerin ve deyimlerin belirtilmesi ve söz konusu olan isimleri tanıtılması yer alır. Tüm bunların sunumu ile İmam Buhari ve sahihı hakkında kısa bir bilgi verilmiş, Şeyh Yusuf Zade üzerinede de kısa bir çalışma yapılmış, ve onun döneminde yaşayan osmanlı sültanları, öğrencileri ve hocaları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Sonunda bu tezin, Sabahattin Zayyim Üniversitesi'nde bazı öğrencilerin gerçekleştirmiş ve incelemiş olduğu bir dizinin bir parçası olduğunu belirtmemiz gerekmektedir.

This dissertation is a scientific investigation of the book "Companies" from a manuscript titled "Najah Alqary in the explanation of Sahih Albukhari" written by Sheikh Yousef Efendi Zada ( may Allah let him rest in peace ), who was one of the 12th century's A.H scientists He explained in his book the Hadiths of Sahih Albukhari. Using the writer's methods and his sources I explain the part 'Companies book' in Sahih Albukhari. The importance of this dissertation is clear as it fulfills the manuscript of an Ottoman scientist, who combined the works of other people that also explained Sahih Albukhari, and added on them, especially when it comes to the Arabian science, which should be delivered to students. This investigation was based on two manuscripts copies and one original manuscript, which was approved by the author himself, sources that were relied upon were clarified in his explanation, and the clarification of strange words and deluded phrases, with the translations of the mentioned scientists, the submission of all this, with sufficient studying about Imam Albukhari, Sahih Albukhari, and the reciter Yousef Zada, and introduction of the Ottoman Sultans who were present in his time, with the demonstration of his teacher and students. It is essential to note that this dissertation is a part of a series that was previously investigate by some students of Sabah Aldeen Alzaeem University. I ask Allah for acceptance and good rewards.
