| dc.description.abstract | This paper discusses designing and analyzing a boost DC-DC switching converter that applies Luo topology with one switch. Luo converters are preferred because they can provide higher voltage gains, better efficiency, and lower ripple when compared with traditional boost converters. This design includes fundamental basic principles and circuit configuration of Luo converters. It also highlights operating principles and key design parameters in a Luo converter. Finally, simulation results confirm that the performance and merits of the proposed converter are satisfactory. | en_US |
