Yetişkinler Arasında Giyilebilir Sağlık Cihazlarının Benimsenmesi Ölçeğinin Psikometrik Özellikleri

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Yetişkinler arasında giyilebilir sağlık cihazlarının benimsenmesi ölçeğinin psikometrik özellikleri çalışmasını yapmaktır. Araştırmanın verileri, İstanbul ili 18 yaş üstü nüfusta 25.05.2023-24.07.2023 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Örnekleme, madde sayısının 4 katı örneklem sayısı yani 201 kişi çevrimiçi anket ile çalışmaya katılım sağlamıştır. Veriler kişisel bilgi formu ve Yetişkinler arasında giyilebilir sağlık cihazlarının benimsenmesi ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Ölçekte 21 soru beşli likert tipinde olup, 4 soru yedili likert tipinde toplam 25 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Ölçeğin Türkçe uyarlama çalışmasında Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) testi yapılmıştır. DFA ile hesaplanmış olan uyum istatistiklerinin hiçbir uyum iyiliği değerinin kabul edilebilir değer aralıklarında olmadığı görülmektedir. Yapı geçerliliği uyumlu olmamasına rağmen, güvenirlik katsayılarına ilişkin Cronbach’s Alfa değerlerinin 0.60’ın üzerinde olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışma sonucu ölçeğin psikometrik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu araştırma sonucu, daha fazla katılımcı ile ölçeğe farklı maddeler eklenerek ya da soru şekillerini değiştirerek tekrar yapılandırması daha uygun görülmüştür.

The aim of this programming is to study the psychometric properties of wearable health device adoption among adults. The data of the research was collected between 25.05.2023 and 24.07.2023 among the population over the age of 18 in Istanbul. The sample was 4 times the item expenditures, that is, 201 people participated in the online survey. Data was collected through the use of personal information formula and the adoption of wearable health devices among Adults. The scale consists of 21 questions in five-point Likert type and 4 questions in seven-point Likert type, for a total of 25 questions. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) test was performed on the Turkish adaptation of the scale. It is seen that none of the goodness of fit statistics calculated with CFA are within acceptable value ranges. Although the permanence of the structure was compatible, Cronbach's Alpha values for reliability coefficients were above 0.60. Psychometric properties of the study outcome. As a result of this research, it was deemed more appropriate to modify the scale again by adding different items to the scale with more views or changing the question forms.
