Abstract

Bu araştırma, bazı günümüz çalışmalarında Kuran indiği dönemde kelimelerin Araplar arasındaki kullanımları meselesini ve bazı âlimlerin şer’î nassların anlaşılmasında Kuran indiği dönemde kelimelerin Araplar arasındaki kullanımlarının dikkate alınmasının vâcip olduğuna dâir iddaalarını incelemektedir. Bu bağlamda Kuran-ı Kerim’le ya da tefsiriyle ilgili bazı görüşleri ele alarak bunların Kuran indiği dönemde kelimelerin Araplar arasındaki kullanımlarıyla uyuşup uyuşmadığını değerlendirmektedir. Araştırma bu yolla bu hususun önemini ortaya koymayı ve onu günümüzdeki bazı Kuran tefsirlerine tatbik edip bu tefsirlerin isâbetli ve hatalı yönlerini beyân etmeyi, ayrıca Modernistlerin Kuran’a yaklaşımını bu kâide özelinde incelemeyi hedeflemektedir. Araştırmada; tanımlayıcı, analitik ve tümevarımsal yöntemlerden her biri kullanılmıştır. Kuran indiği dönemde “kelimelerin Araplar arasındaki kullanımları”nın anlamı, kısımları ve bu kullanımların tesbit edilme yolları açıklanmıştır. Araştırma; kelimelerin Araplar arasındaki kullanımlarını dikkate almanın, her şeyi Arapların Kuran indiği dönemde anladığı gibi anlamamız anlamına gelmediği, nassın kapsamı müsaade edip Arap diline de uygun olduğu sürece farklı yorumlar olabileceği ve nassın belirli bir döneme hapsolup onu aşamaz halde olmadığı ancak bunun tekliften kaçmak için lafızlarla istenildiği gibi oynanabileceği demek olmadığı sonucuna varmıştır. Ayrıca günümüzdeki bazı kimselerin Kuran’ı tefsir ederken ortaya attığı bazı görüşlerin geçersizliği, öte yandan Kuran ve sünnetin anlaşılmasında takip edilmesi gereken doğru yöntem de araştırmada beyân edilmiştir.

This study examines the Arabs’ norms in speech in some contemporary studies affiliated with some trends, and some scholarly claims of the necessity of taking into account the Arabs’ norms in speech while considering the texts of Sharia. It also looks at some issues related to the Holy Qur’an itself or its exegesis and considers whether they are compatible with Arab norms or not. And thus, in doing so, trying to highlight the importance of this matter; to apply it practically to some contemporary examples that are exposed to the exegesis of the Book of God; to show the right and wrong side of it; and to consider the claims of the modernist trend in examining the Holy Qur’an in light of this principle. This study follows an inductive, descriptive and analytical approach, which concludes with an explanation of what is related to the ‘principle’ in terms of the conditions of the norm, its types, and the ways from which the Arab norm can be derived. Then it concludes that what the Arabs are accustomed to does not mean that we understand all matters as the Arabs understood them during the period of revelation, even if the new understanding does not conflict with what the text articulates, whilst also being permitted by language. Likewise, it concludes that the text is not confined to a specific time that it does not exceed. However, this does not mean that we manipulate words to evade our duty. The study also shows the falsity of some of what some contemporaries have claimed in their exegesis of the Book of God, as well as showing the other side the correct manner which must be adhered to in considering the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Prophet.
