الآراء الكلامية للزيدية المعاصرة: دراسة نقدية تحليلية

Abstract

Zeyd b. Ali'ye nisbet edilen ve son dönemde sadece Yemen'de yayılıp başka ülkelerde hayat bulmamış İslam mezheplerinden biridir. Zeydiliği konu edinen bu çalışmamız üç bölümden oluşmaktadır: Birinci bölümde, Zeydiliğin kurucusu olan Zeyd b. Ali'nin hayatını ve Zeydiliğin fırkaları olan Cerudiyye, Süleymaniye ve Bütriyye'yi ele alacağız, öyle ki bahsi geçen Zeydi fırkaları yok olmuş ve geriye sadece Yemen'de Zeydiliği temsil eden Cerudiyye kalmıştır. Bu çalışma, bahsi geçen üç mezhebin, anlayışları birbirinden farklı olsa da, üç temel noktada görüş birliği içerisinde olduklarını ortaya koymakta, daha sonra çağımız Zeydi âlimlerinin ileri gelenlerini serdetmektedir. İkinci bölümde ise Allah'ın sıfatları ve fiillerine bakışları ele alındı. Yapılan inceleme sonucunda Zeydilerin Allah'ın sıfatlarını nefyettiği ve kulun, fiillerinin yaratıcısı olduğunu savundukları anlaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmada ayrıca Zeydi mezhebinin Mürtekib-i Kebire sahibi yani büyük günah işleyenler için vardıkları hükme yer verildi ki onlara göre o kişiler ebedi cehennemde kalacaktır. İşte bütün bu meselelerde Zeydiler imamları Zeyd ile ters düşmekteler. Diğer İslam mezheplerinin görüşlerine de değinen araştırmacı, özellikle de kelam ilminde önde gelen İslam mezhepleri olmaları nedeniyle Eş'ariler, Maturidiler, Mu'tezililer ve Hadeviler'in görüşleri ile Zeydilerin görüşlerini karşılaştırmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde de Zeydilerin el-menzile beyne'l-menzileteyn anlayışına bakışları ele alınmış, imamet meselesindeki görüşleri iki soy ile sınırlı tutularak imamların masumiyeti açıklanmış olup ardından Zeydilikte Istıfa(imamette imtiyaz) meselesini ele alınmıştır. Zeydilik, imâmeti sadece Hz. Hasan ile Hz. Hüseyin'in soyuna özgü kılmakta ve diğer âl-i Beyti meselenin dışında tutmaktadır. Araştırmacı, son olarak Zeydilerin sünnet anlayışına değinerek, onların akaidde mütevatir ve ahad haberleri kabul veya red noktasında nasıl bir metod ortaya koyduklarını belirterek, aslıda koydukları metoda da bağlı kalmadıklarını, dolayısıyla Zeydiler sünnet anlayışında belli bir ilmi disipline sahip olmadıklarını bilakis Hz. Hasan ve Hz.Hüseyin soyundan gelen âl-i beytin hevasına göre bir yaklaşım olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Araştırmacı, tüm bu meselelerde de İslam mezheplerinin görüşlerine değinmiş ve bunları Zeydilerin görüşleriyle karşılaştırmıştır.

Zaydism is one of the Islamic sects affiliated with Zayd bin Ali, and its spread has recently been limited to Yemen only and not to other countries. This paper was divided into three chapters: the first chapter dealt with a definition of Zayd bin Ali, the founder of Zaydism, and then dealt with the three Zaydi branches Al-Jarudiya, As-Sulaymaniyah, and Al-betriya, and showed that the Zaydi branches had become extinct and only Al-Jarudiya remained, which represented the Zaydi group in Yemen. The paper showed that despite their differences, the three branches agreed on three main points, and then the researcher listed the most prominent contemporary Zaydi scholars. In the second chapter: it was concerned with the origins related to the attributes(sifat) of God and his actions, and it became clear that the Zaydi sect negated the attributes(sifat) of God and the saying that the servant of God is the creator of his actions. This chapter also included who commits major(al-Kaba'ir) sin and the Zaydis ruled that he resides in hell forever, and in all previous cases, the Zaydis objected to Imam Zayd. The researcher also mentioned the views of the Islamic sects represented in the Asharis, Matridism, Mutazilism, and Hadiism, and he adopted these sects only because they were the most prominent Islamic sects that were concerned with Islamic theology, and the researcher compared them with the theological views of the Zaydis. As for the third chapter: It dealt with the Zaydi statement of al-manzila bayna al-manzilatayn (the intermediate position between belief and unbelief) and indicated their views on the imamate by limiting it to the two branches, and the infallibility of the imams, and then dealt with the issue of selection within Az-Zaydia and confined the selection to the offspring of Al-Hassan and Al-Hussein without other from Ahl Al-Bayt, and concluded the paper with a statement of the Zaydi sect in the Sunnah of the Prophet by accepting the Mutawatir hadiths and rejecting the Aahaad hadiths in the doctrines, however, they did not adhere to this methodology, and it was found through the research that the Zaydis do not have a scientific approach in dealing with the Sunnah of the Prophet, but are subject to the wishes of Al-Atra(Ahl Al-Bayt), and their objection to Zayd was shown in all their doctrinal views. And the researcher has mentioned the views of the Islamic sects and compared them with the views of the Zaydis.
