Kur'ân kıraatinde fem-i muhsin kavramı

Abstract

Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'le irtibata geçilecek birinci evre, ilk emri olan "okuma" eylemidir. Fem-i muhsin de bu eylemin müstesna bir parçasıdır. Bu bağlamda mezkûr vasfa sahip kişi; Hz. Peygamber'in örnekliğinde ağzı, hıfzı, fehmi ve ahlâkı Kur'ân'lı olandır. Fem-i muhsin vasfı, Allah'ın seçkin kullarına emanetidir ve en hayırlınız övgüsü ile taltif edilmiş rütbelerden biridir. Yine nebevî ilkeleri prensip edinerek yerine getirilmesi gereken bir görevdir. Ayrıca Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'i, kendisinin işaret ettiği boyutlarla okuma ve okutmanın adıdır. Çalışmada bu görevi yerine getirecek olan kişiliğin, "Kur'ân Kıraatinde Fem-i Muhsin Kavramı" adı altında incelenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Nitekim incelemeler neticesinde Türkiye'de bu konu ile alakalı akademik bir çalışma yapılmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışmada önce kıraat kelimesi kavramsal çerçeve içinde bütün basamakları ile ele alınmış; mezkûr kavramın sözlük manasının yanı sıra Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'deki anlamları da âyetlerle gösterilmiştir. Ayrıca incelemede ilâhî mesajı okumanın hangi aşamayla başlayıp hangi aşamayla hedefe ulaştığı tespiti yapılmıştır. Yine fem-i muhsin niteliğini haiz kişi, mesleki kifayet olarak "hangi konularda donanımlı olmalı?" sorusuna birtakım açıklamalar getirilmiştir. Böylece Kur'ân kıraatinde "fem-i muhsin", kavram olarak ele alınmış ve konu zihinlerde olması gereken yere konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonuç bölümünde spesifik bir değerlendirme yapılmak suretiyle bu konuda ulaşılan sonuçlar hakkında bilgiler verilerek çalışma sonlandırılmıştır.

The first phase in which we will contact the Holy Quran, our Holy Book, is the act of reading, the first order. "Qualified Mouth" is a part of this exceptional ring in the system of the conception. It is trying to be mouthed with the Quran, minded with the Quran, understanding with the Quran and moraled with the Quran in the example of Muhammed Mustafa (pbuh). "Qualified Mouth" is the rank that is entrusted to the distinguished servants of Allah that is rewarded by the praise of "your best". It is the duty to be fulfilled by adopting the prophetic principles. It is the name of reading and teaching our holy book "Quran" with the dimensions that it points. In our thesis, it is aimed to examine "The Concept of Qualified Mouth in the Quran Recitation". Because to date, no special academic studies have been conducted on this concept. In our study, the word "Recitation" was handled with all its steps within the conceptual framework, besides the dictionary meanings, the meanings of the use int the Quran are shown in the verses. It was determined that reading the divine message with which layer it started and with which layer it reached the target. Explanations were provided on the subjects of "Qualified Mouth should be equipped with which subjects as professional experience", and "how to be filled with the Quran as a moral merit". Thus, in the Quran Recitation, "Qualified Mouth" was handled as a concept and the subject was tried to be placed where it should be in the minds. In the conclusion section, a general evaluation was made and the study was ended by giving brief information about the results achieved.
