وقفية مكتبة شيخ الإسلام عاشر أفندي: تحقيق وترجمة

Abstract

إن الاهتمام العظيم المتميز للدولة العثمانية بالأوقاف، وصل إلى مرحلة الخيال، وإن المكتبات الوقفية جزء مهم من هذه الأوقاف المباركة، حيث خدمت، وما زالت تخدم العلم والمعرفة والثقافة بكل أصنافها ، و إحدى هذه المكتبات المهمة والعريقة هي مكتبة شيخ الإسلا م مصطفى عاش رأفندي ( ت 1804 م). وهذه الرسالة، هي دراسة وتحقيق وترجمة إلى اللغة العربية .ا ولتعليق، لمخطوطة وقفية هذه المكتبة إن هذه الوقفية، ك تبت في أربع عشرة لوحة وقد خرجت في ثمانية وعشرون صفحة، حيث تحتوي على صك تسجيل الوقف، أ وسماء الشهود، وتوصيف العقار الموقوف من محلات ومستودعات، وكيفية إيجارها وصرف ريعها . ك ما يذكر أدق تفاصيل العمل من تعيين الأساتذة والموظفين أ ووصافهم، وكمية رواتبهم وكيفية عملهم و أوقات فتح المكتبة وإغلاقه ا، كما ي ذَكّ ر بالحفاظ والاهتمام على المنقول وغير المنقول وترميم التالف في مبنى الوقف، وشراء ما يلزم من ضروريت المكتبة، وشروط الواقف، كما يذكر أيض اً جزاء من يغيير ويبدل فيه شيئ اً، وتنتهي بكتابة تاريخ التسجيل واسم الكاتب الوقفية.

Şüphesiz ki Büyük Osmanlı Devletinden bize miras kalan sayısız vakıflarından biri de bırakmiş olduğu ve günümüzde de gerek bilimsel gerek kültürel ve gerekse sanatsal olarak hizmet vermeye devam eden muhteviyatı ile büyük ve kapsamlı kütüphanelerdir. İstanbul Fatih semtinde bulunan Süleymaniye Kütüphanesi bünyesinde Şeyh ul İslam Aşır Efendi (Ö1804) adına tahsis edilmiş kısımdaki Aşir Efendi kütüphanesi de bunlardan sadece biridir. Elimizdeki bu yazma eser ve tahkiki li hali, Süleymaniye kütüphanesindeki Aşır Efendi koleksiyonude bulunan Aşır Efendi vakfiyesinin ta kendisidir. Eser vakfın tapusunun, Vakfiyeyi kayıt altına alan kayıt heyetinin ve şahitlerin isimlerinin, vakfın şartları, depo ve dükkanlardan oluşan taşınmazın vasıflarının, kayıtlı olduğu 14 Varak ve 28 sayfadan oluşmaktadır. Bunlara ilaveten Aşır Efendi Hem babasının daha önce vakfettiği kitapları hem de kendi kitaplarını da zikretmiştir. Aynı zamanda kütüphanenin işletmesi, çalışma kurallarının en ince detayları, memur ve öğretmenlerin belirlenmesinde emanet ve ihlaslı olma özelliklerini, alacak oldukları maaş çalışma şartları, kütüphanenin açılış ve kapanış saatleri, elde edilen karın ne şekilde harcanacağı, taşınır ve taşınmazların restorasyonuna kadar zikretmişti.

Some of the important endowments inherited from the Great Ottoman Empire are the large and comprehensive libraries with their contents that continue to serve scientifically, culturally, and artistically today. The Asir Efendi library, named after Sheikh-ul-Islam Asir Efendi (AD1804) within the structure of the Suleymaniye Library located in the Fatih district of Istanbul, is just one of them. This manuscript and its authenticated version are the same as the Asir Efendi endowment charter in the Asir Efendi collection in the Suleymaniye library. The book consists of 14 leaves and 28 pages, in which the title deed of the endowment, the names of the registration committee and witnesses who registered the endowment, the conditions of the endowment, the characteristics of the immovable consisting of warehouses and shops are registered. In addition to these, Asir Efendi also mentioned both the books that his father had donated before and his own books. He has also outlined the operation of the library which includes the smallest details of the working regulations, the characteristics of being entrusted, sincerity in appointment of civil servants and teachers, the amount of salary they will receive, the working conditions of the library, the opening and closing hours of the library, how the profit will be spent, and the maintenance of movable and immovable assets.
