Abstract

Vakıf sisteminin Ekonomik, sosyal, kalkınma ve hatta siyasi olmak üzere her düzeydeki önemi bulunmaktadır ve bu araştırmada, insani kalkınma hayır sistemi olarak öncü İslami vizyonuna dayanarak toplumlarda gelir ve zenginliği nasıl yeniden dağıttıklarına dair bir soruyu cevaplama girişiminden bahsetmektedir. Bu çalışma, Vakıf'a giriş ve temelleri, doktrinsel yönleri ve İslami bırakmanın parlak tarihsel modellerini vurgularken, ekonomik, sosyal ve gelişimsel olarak her düzeyde durmanın önemini ele alan temel kurallardan yola çıkarak, zenginliğin yeniden dağıtılması ve Müslüman toplumlara girilmesi sürecinde Vakfı'n rolünü incelemeyi ve kökünü kazımayı amaçlamaktadır.

The endowment is important at all levels, economic, social, developmental, and even political. In this research, an attempt is made to answer a question related to how the endowment redistributes income and wealth in societies based on the pioneering and rooted Islamic vision of the endowment system as a charitable, developmental and humane system. This study aims to investigate and consolidate the role of the waqf in the process of redistributing wealth and entering into Islamic societies; By starting from the foundational rules that take the introduction of the endowment, its pillars and conditions, its jurisprudential aspects, and the importance of the endowment at all levels; Economically, socially and developmentally, shedding light on shining historical examples of the Islamic endowment.
