Pandemi (Covid 19) üniversite öğrencileri ve uzaktan eğitim deneyimi

Abstract

Tüm dünyayı etkisi altına alarak pandemi dönemi olarak ilan edilen Covid 19 salgın hastalığı her kesim, özellikle de üniversite öğrencileri açısından psikolojik, sosyal ve ekonomik anlamda oldukça etkilemiştir. Bu dönemde üniversite eğitimlerini internet ortamında alan, sosyal arkadaş çevrelerinden uzak kalan ve aileleriyle birlikte yaşamak durumunda olan gençler için zor günlerin başlangıcı olmuştur. Pandemi dönemi, gelecek kaygısı, aile ve sevdiklerini kaybetme korkuları, stres gibi duygusal olarak kalıcı etkiler yaratacak sorunlar yaşamalarına neden olmuştur. Kriz dönemlerinin en önemli özelliği fırsata çevrilebilir olmasıdır. Geleceğin güvencesi üniversite öğrencilerinin sorunlarının ve çözüm yöntemlerinin araştırılması gereken önemli bir konudur. Bu araştırmada üniversite gençlerinin yaşadıkları olumsuz koşullardaki sorunları ve uzaktan eğitim çeşitli yönleriyle, konu ile ilgili yapılan akademik çalışmalar yardımıyla ekonomik ve sosyal açıdan etkileri değerlendirilerek incelenmiştir.

Covid 19, which has affected the whole world and has been declared as an epidemic period, has affected university students socially, psychologically and economically as it affects every part of the society. This period was the beginning of difficult days for young people who take their university education on the internet stay away from their social environment and have to live with their families. The pandemic period caused them to experience long-lasting emotional problems such as anxiety fort he future, fear of losing their family and loved ones, and stress. The most important feature of crisis periods is that it can be turned into opportunities. The assurance of the future of the society is an important issue that needs to be researched on the problems of university students and their solution methods. In this study, it is aimed to analyze the distance education experiences of university students who continue their education under adverse conditions within framework of academic studies and to reveal various aspects of distance education.
