By drawing on comparative perspectives, the chapter indicates similarities and differences, revealing the dynamic nature of Islamic financial organizations and distinct European organizations over time. Additionally, the conclusion argues potential contributions for future research, encouraging scholars to focus on specific aspects of cash waqf organizations and other dimensions of Islamic finance. The question of why cash waqfs as privately funded organizations were delayed in turning public banks in Europe has emerged as an important problem.
