Birgivî'nin Şerhu'l-ehâdîsi'l-erbaîn adlı eserinin tahkik ve tahlili

Abstract

هذا البحث رسالة علمية مقدمة لنيل درجة الماجستير في قسم الدراسات الإسلامية في جامعة استانبول صباح الدين زعيم. هذا البحث الذي ي شتمل على شرح الأحاديث السبعة الأولى للإمام البركوي كان على قسمين: القسم الأول: قسم الدراسة القسم الثاني: النص المحقق وأمّ ا القسم الأ ول فقد اشتمل على دراسة حياة المؤ لّف ال شخص يّة: كاسمه ولقبه ونسبته ولادته ونشأته ووفاته، والعلم يّ ة: كطلبه للعلم وأعماله ومشايخه ومكانته العلميّة وثناء العلماء عليه وتلامذته ومؤلفاته . وكذلك اشتمل على دراسة الكتا ب فكانت عن اسم الكتاب وسبب تأليفه وتاريخ تأليفه ونسبته للمؤ لّف، وعن موضوع الكتاب ومنهج المؤ لّف فيه، والمصادر والمراج ع التي اعتمد عليها. وكذلك اشتمل على دراسة النسخ الخط يّة فكانت عن الوصف بالمخطوطا ت مع إعطاء النماذج مما تّ عليه الاعتماد من النسخ، وعن بيان العمل في تحقيقها. وأما القسم ال ثّاني فقد كان مخصّ صا للنصّ المحقَّ ق، وإن كان المقصد الأصل ي فيه إخراج النصّ على أحسن وأقرب صورة تركها المؤ لّف، فيتبع ما إليه من تعليقات وتوثيق النقولات وعزو الآيات، وتخريج الأحاديث والآثار . ثمّ كان المراد الأساسي للمؤ لّف من تأليف هذا الكتاب بيان البدع السائر ة في الأعصار ا ولأمصار مع بيان ال سنن المتروك ة ال ثّابت ة بالأحاديث والآثار، فتن وعت موضوعات الكتاب تنوعا كبيرا، وتعددت مسائله تعد دا واسعا ، كما أشر ت إلي ه في بيان منهج المؤ لّف وكذلك في الخاتمة.Bu çalışma, İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim Üniversitesi Temel İslam Bilimleri Anabilim Dalı'nda yüksek lisans tezidir. Çalışma İnceleme ve Metin tahkiki olmak üzere iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde müellifin adı, ailesi, lakabı, doğumu, yetiştiği ortam ve vefatı gibi özel hayatı ve eğitimi, çalışmaları, hocaları, ilmi kariyeri, âlimlerin ona olan övgüleri, öğrencileri ve eserleri gibi ilmî hayatı anlatıldıktan sonra eserin adı, yazılış nedeni, tasnif tarihi, Birgivi'ye aidiyeti, kitabın konusu, müellifin yazım metodu ve başvurduğu kaynaklar verilmiş ve kendisinden faydalanılan eserin el yazma nüshaları örneklerle sunulmuş ve tahkikte izlenilen yöntem izah edilmiştir. İkinci bölüm anılan nassın tahkik edildiği bölümdür. Bu bölümde temel amaç metni yazarın bıraktığı nüshaya en yakın nüshayı ortaya koymak olmakla beraber, eserde yer alan ayetlerin tespiti, hadis ve eserlerin tahricine ve kaynakların imkân dahilinde tespitine ve gerek görülen bazı izahlara yer verilmiştir. İmam Birgivî'nin bu kitabı yazmaktaki asıl amacı hadislerle sabit olan fakat artık terkedilmiş bazı sünnetleri açıklamak ve yüzyıllardır beldelere yayılmış bidatları beyan etmektir. Kitap birçok konuyu ve geniş meseleleri barındırmaktadır.Athesis submitted for the requirements of the master's degree in the Department of Islamic Studies at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. This thesis consists of two sections: The first section _ the overall study. This section includes the author's personal life _ such as his name, surname, lineage, birth, upbringing, and death as well as his scientific life _ such as his education, his scientific contribution, his teachers, his scholarly position, academic acknowledgments that he received, his students, and his writings. It also contains an introduction to the book such as the name of the book, the reason for writing, the date of writing, its affiliation to the author, the subject of the book, the author's approach to it, and the sources and references he relied on. Additionally, the investigation on the handwritten transcription of the book, which was about the description in manuscripts with giving samples of what was approved of copies, and a statement of the work in their verification is also included in this section. The second section _ verification and analysis. This section is devoted to verifying the text in the book. If the author's original aim is to extract the text in the best and the most proper form, then it is followed by the comments, documentation of sayings, attributing verses, and extracting hadiths and antiquities. If the author intends to present the newly emerged innovations throughout the centuries and the forsaken Sunnahs that are established by hadiths and the sayings of Sahabah, then such types of topics are divided into great diversity, and the issues are discussed from many dimensions, as it is indicated in the statement of the author's approach as well as in the conclusion.
