Lojistik Taşımacılığında Anp Ve Codas Yöntemleri İle Kargo Firması Seçimi

Abstract

Müşteri odaklı üretim yapan şirketler için lojistik kavramı son derece önemlidir. Kargo taşımacılığı, lojistik sektöründe üretici ve tüketiciler arasında bir köprü görevi görür ve şirketin imajı açısından büyük bir önem taşımaktadır. Bu yüzden şirketler tedarikçi seçimi yaparken birçok kriteri göz önünde bulundurup kendisi için en uygun alternatifi seçmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir şirketin kargo taşımacılığı için tedarikçi seçimini yapmaktır. İlk adımda, kargo taşımacılığından faydalanan şirketlerin seçim esnasında dikkat etmesi gereken önemli kriterler ANP yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. İkinci olarak, alternatif kargo şirketleri arasında CODAS (Combinative Distance-based Assessment) yöntemi ile en uygun firma seçimi yapılmıştır. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda, ana kriterlerde güven, alt kriterlerde kargo güvenliği teminatı en önemli kriterlerdir. Alternatif 1 kargo şirketi ise, ilk sırada yer almaktadır. Kargo firması seçimi, lojistik yönetimi için kritik bir karardır. Doğru seçim, müşteri memnuniyeti, maliyet etkinliği ve operasyonel verimlilik için önemlidir. Çalışmanın alana katkısı ile, sektördeki karar vericilere yol göstereceği umulmaktadır.

The concept of logistics is extremely important for companies engaged in customer-oriented production. Cargo transportation, acts as a bridge between producers and consumers in the logistics sector and it is great importance for the image of the company. For this reason, companies consider many criteria when choosing a supplier and choose the most suitable alternative for themselves. The aim of this study is to select a supplier for cargo transportation of a company operating in the textile sector. Firstly, the important criteria that companies that benefit from cargo transportation should pay attention to during the selection were determined by the ANP method. Secondly, among the alternative cargo companies, the most suitable company was selected with the CODAS method. As a result of the evaluation, trust in the main criteria and cargo security assurance in the sub-criteria are the most important criteria. Alternative 1 cargo company is in the top. Cargo carrier selection is a critical decision for logistics management. The right choice is important for customer satisfaction, cost effectiveness, and operational efficiency. It is hoped that the study will guide decision makers in the sector with its contribution to the field.
