Okullardaki iletişim ortamı ile örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, okullardaki iletişim ortamı ile örgütsel güven arasındaki ilişki araştırılmıştır. Araştırma ilişkisel tarama modeline göre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini 5558 öğretmen, örneklemini ise 396 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada formal iletişim, yöneticiye güven ve iş arkadaşlarına güven yüksek düzeyde iken, informal iletişim ve genel güven eğilimi orta düzeydedir. Okulların iletişim yapısı ve örgütsel güven düzeyleri öğretmenlerin yaşlarına, cinsiyetlerine, kıdemlerine ve eğitim durumlarına göre anlamlı farklılık göstermemektedir. Anaokullarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin okullarındaki formal iletişim algıları, yöneticilerine ve iş arkadaşlarına güven düzeyleri, ilkokul, ortaokul ve lisede görev yapan öğretmenlere göre daha yüksektir. Öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları okulların formal ve informal iletişim yapısı ile genel güven eğilimi, yöneticiye ve iş arkadaşlarına güven arasında farklı düzeylerde anlamlı ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Okulların formal iletişim yapısı genel güven eğilimindeki toplam varyansının %5’ini, yöneticiye güven eğilimindeki toplam varyansının %58’ini, iş arkadaşlarına güven varyansının %30’unu yordamaktadır. Okulların informal iletişim yapısı genel güven eğilimini, yöneticiye ve iş arkadaşlarına güveni düşük düzeyde yordamaktadır.

In this study, the relationship between the communication environment in schools and organizational trust was investigated. The research was carried out according to the relational survey model. The population of the study is 5558 teachers and the sample is 396 teachers. In the study, formal communication, trust in managers and trust in colleagues are high, while informal communication and general trust tendency are at medium level. Communication environment and organizational trust of schools do not differ significantly according to the age, gender, seniority and educational status of teachers. However, teachers working in pre-schools have higher perceptions of formal communication in their schools and their level of trust in their managers and colleagues compared to teachers working in primary, secondary and high schools. It has been determined that there is a significant relationship at different levels between the formal and informal communication structure of the schools where teachers work, and the general trust tendency, and trust in the administrator and colleagues. The formal communication structure of the schools predicts 5% of the total variance in the general trust trend, 58% of the total variance in the trust trend towards the administrator, and 30% of the variance of trust in colleagues. The informal communication structure of the schools predicts the general trust tendency, and the trust in the administrator and colleagues at a low level.
