Okullarda görev yapan psikolojik danışmanların öz yeterlilik düzeyleri ile bireysel değer algılarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, okullarda görev yapan psikolojik danışmanların öz yeterlilik düzeyleri ile bireysel değer algılarını çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel aşaması ise 300 rehber öğretmen ile ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın nicel aşamasında Bilgi Formu, Psikolojik danışman öz yeterlilik ölçeği ve Bireysel değerler envanteri kullanılmıştır. Toplanan tüm nicel veriler SPSS 22 Paket Program kullanılarak istatistiki analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda Rehber öğretmenlerin öz yeterliliklerinin mesleğin başlarında daha yüksek olduğu yıllar geçtikçe düştüğü belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca rehber öğretmenlerin öz yeterlilikleri ile bireysel değerler algıları arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur.

This study aims to investigate the self-sufficiency levels of psychological counselors working in schools and their individual value perceptions in terms of various variables. For this purpose, correlational survey model was used in the study. The quantitative phase of the study was conducted using correlational survey model with 300 psychological counselors. In the quantitative phase of the study, Information Form, Psychological Counselor self-sufficiency scale and Individual values inventory were used. All quantitive data collected were analyzed with using SPSS 22 Package Program. As a result of the research, it was determined that the Counselor teachers' self-sufficiency was higher at the beginning of the profession and decreased as the years passed. In addition, it was found that there is a relationship between the self-sufficieny of counselors and their individual values perceptions.
