Temizoda Uygulamaları

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı, temizoda ve ilgili bazı terimleri açıklamak, temizodaların tarihçesine ve gelişim sürecine değinmek, uygulama alanlarından olan ilaç üretim tesisi ve hastaneleri örnekler üzerinden ele almak, ISO 14644 standardına göre temizodalarda istenen kriterleri ve kontrol parametrelerini açıklamaktır. Temizodaların yapısal özellikleri, hijyenik klima santralleri ile tasarlanan havalandırma sistemleri ve kullanılan filtreler, alanları kullanan personelin giysileri ve alanlara giriş-çıkış prosedürleri, kullanılan malzeme ve ekipmanlar ele alınmıştır. Çalışmamızda temizoda uygulamalarına örnek olarak bir ilaç üretim tesisi ve iki ayrı hastanede yapılan gözlemler ve edinilen bilgiler paylaşılmıştır. Çalışmada son olarak elde edilen sonuçlara, alanları kullanan personellerin önerilerine ve edindiğimiz bilgiler ışığında kendi önerilerimize yer verilmiştir.

The aim of the study is to explain the cleanroom and some related terms, to touch on the history and development process of the cleanrooms, to address the pharmaceutical production facilities and hospitals which are the application areas, to explain the criteria and control parameters required in the cleanroom according to ISO 14644 standard. The structural features of the cleanrooms, the ventilation systems and filters designed with hygienic air handling units, the clothes of the personnel using the areas and the entry-exit procedures, the materials and equipment used. In this study, observations and information obtained from a pharmaceutical manufacturing plant and two separate hospitals were shared as examples of cleanroom applications. Finally, the results of the study, the suggestions of the staff using the fields and our own recommendations in the light of the information we have provided.
