Dear Participants, Researchers, and Open-Source Enthusiasts,It is with great pleasure and honor that I welcome you to the Proceedings of the International Open SourceConference (UAKK 2024), held on December 26-28, 2024, at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University,Istanbul, Türkiye. This year’s conference theme, "Open-Source Technologies for a Sustainable Future,"highlights the transformative power of open collaboration in addressing global challenges and advancingtechnological innovation.UAKK 2024 has brought together a diverse and vibrant community of researchers, developers, industryleaders, and educators from across the globe. This multidisciplinary event serves as a vital platform forpresenting groundbreaking research, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaborations within the open-source ecosystem.
