The surprise attack carried out by Palestinian forces against Israel onOctober 7, 2023, and the unprecedently harsh response of the Israeli military thatis tantamount to genocide, gave rise to further discussions concerning the natureof the conflict, its origins, and its possible outcomes in the future.
