Öğretmenlerde aile aidiyeti ile depresyon, anksiyete ve stres ilişkisi

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı depresyon, anksiyete, stres düzeyleri ile aile aidiyetleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmada veri toplama tekniği olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmış olup ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmış, korelasyonel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın evreni Antalya'da yaşayan eğitim çalışanları, örneklem grubu ise 356 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasına kişisel bilgi formu, Henry ve Crawford, (2005) ve Mahmoud vd., (2010)'nin geliştirdiği ve Yılmaz, Boz ve Arslan (2017) tarafından güvenirlik ve geçerlilik çalışmasını yaptığı "Depresyon Anksiyete Stres Ölçeği (DASS 21)", Mavili, Kesen ve Daşbaş (2014) tarafından geçerlilik ve güvenirlik çalışması yapılan "aile aidiyeti ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada iki değişken ortalamaları arasındaki farkın anlamlılığı için t testi, ikiden fazla değişken ortalamaları arasındaki farkın anlamlılığı içinde tek yönlü varyans analizi (Anova), ortalama, standart sapma ve korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçeklerden elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiş ve sonuç olarak örneklemin "Aile Aidiyeti" ile "depresyon, ansksiyete, stres" ölçek puanları arasında korelasyonel olarak negatif yönlü ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu görülmüştür.

The aim of the study is to examine the relationship between depression, anxiety, stress levels and family belongings. In the research, the questionnaire method was employed as the data collection technique, and the research is a correlational study in which relational screening model was used. The universe of the research consisted of educational staff living in Antalya and the sample group consisted of 356 teachers. For data collection in the research, personal information form, "Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS 21)" developed by Henry and Crawford (2005) and Mahmoud et al. (2010), the reliability and validity studies of which was carried out by Yılmaz, Boz and Arslan (2017), "family belonging scale", whose validity and reliability study was performed by Mavili, Kesen, and Daşbaş (2014), were used. In the research, t test was performed for the significance of the difference between the mean scores of two variables, and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), mean, standard deviation and correlation analysis were employed to determine the significance of the difference between the mean scores of more than two variables. The data obtained from the scales were analyzed and as a result, a negative and significant correlation was found between the "family belonging" and "depression-anxiety-stress" scale scores of the sample.
