Anne Stres Düzeyleri ile Manevi Başa Çıkma Becerileri Arasındaki İlişkilerin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı annelerin çocuklarından kaynaklanan annelik stresi ile manevi başa çıkma becerileri arasındaki ilişkilerin incelenmesidir. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeline göre gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın evrenini, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı İstanbul Başakşehir İlçe Müftülüğü’ ne bağlı 4-6 yaş grubu Kur’an Kursları oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise çocuğunu 4-6 yaş grubu Kur’an Kursları’ na gönderen, basit seçkisiz örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilmiş 403 anne oluşturmaktadır. Veriler Demografik Bilgi Formu, Anne Baba Stres Ölçeği, Anne Manevi Başa Çıkma Ölçeği aracılığı ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde ttestleri, ANOVA, korelasyon ve regresyon testleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda anne stres ölçeği puan ortalamasının düşük düzeyde, manevi başa çıkma ortalamasının ise çok yüksek düzeyde olduğu sonucu bulunmuştur. Anne stres ölçeği puan ortalamasının çocukken Kur’an Kursu’na gitme durumuna göre anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı, Kur’an Kursu’na gitmeyen annelerin stres puan ortalamasının, Kur’an Kursu’na giden annelere göre anlamlı olarak yüksek bulunmuştur. Anne stres puan ortalamasının annenin gelir düzeyine göre anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı, düşük gelir grubunda olan annelerin orta gelir grubundaki annelere göre stres düzeyinin yüksek olduğu sonucu bulunmuştur. Anne stresi ile manevi başa çıkma arasında negatif yönlü düşük düzeyde anlamlı ilişki bulunmuştur.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between the maternal stress of mothers caused by their children and their spiritual coping skills. The population of the research, which was conducted according to the relational survey model, one of the quantitative research methods, consists of 4-6 age group Qur'an classes affiliated to the Directorate of Religious Affairs, Istanbul Başakşehir District Mufti's Office. The sample of the study consists of 403 mothers who send their children to Qur'anic classes of 4-6 years of age, selected by simple random sampling method. Data were collected using a demographic information form, a parental stress scale, and a maternal spiritual coping scale. T-tests, ANOVA, correlation and regression tests were used to analyse the data. As a result of the study, it was found that the mean score of maternal stress scale was at a low level and the mean score of spiritual coping was at a very high level. It was found that the mean score of the mothers' stress scale differed significantly according to the status of attending the Qur'anic course as a child. The mean stress score of the mothers who did not attend the Qur'anic course was significantly higher than that of the mothers who attended the Qur'anic course. It was found that the mean maternal stress score differed significantly according to the income level of the mother, and the stress level of mothers in the low income group was higher than that of mothers in the middle income group. A negative and low-level significant relationship was found between maternal stress and spiritual coping.
