Özel okul öğretmenlerinin eğitim teknolojileri entegrasyon süreçlerinin yönetilmesine ilişkin algılarının incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, özel okullarda çalışan öğretmenlerin teknoloji entegrasyonu yönetimine ilişkin algılarını belirlemektir. Bu çalışma, nicel araştırma modellerinden betimsel tarama yöntemi ile yapılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu İstanbul ilinde çalışan toplam 220 özel okul öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında demografik bilgi formu ile "Öğretmenlerin Teknoloji Entegrasyon Süreçlerine İlişkin Algı Ölçeği'' kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada ilk olarak ölçekten elde edilen demografik bilgilerin frekans ve yüzdesel dağılımları belirlenmiştir. İki değişkenli grupların dağılımı normal çıktığından bu gruplara t testi uygulanmıştır. Üç ve üçten fazla değişkenlere ise Tek Faktörlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) ve grup sayısı 30'dan küçük olan "Çalıştığı Okul Türü" değişkeni için Kruskal Wallis Testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, özel okul öğretmenlerinin teknoloji entegrasyonu yönetimi algılarının "kararsız" düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Özel okul öğretmenlerinin teknoloji entegrasyonu yönetimi algılarının cinsiyete göre anlamlı farklılık göstermediği ancak, eğitim durumuna, çalıştığı okul türüne ve eğitim teknolojileri kullanma düzeyine göre özel okul öğretmenlerinin teknoloji entegrasyonu yönetimi algılarının anlamlı farklılık gösterdiği bulunmuştur. Ayrıca araştırmanın sonucu bize özel okul öğretmenlerinin yaş, mesleki kıdem ve kurumdaki kıdemlerinin teknoloji entegrasyonu yönetimi algıları üzerinde anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığını göstermektedir.

The purpose of this research is to determine the perceptions of teachers working in private schools regarding technology integration management. This study was conducted with the descriptive scanning method, one of the quantitative research models. The study group consists of a total of 220 private school teachers working in Istanbul. Demographic information form and "Teachers' Perception Scale on Technology Integration Processes" were used to collect data. In the research, firstly, the frequency and percentage distributions of the demographic information obtained from the scale were determined. Since the distribution of bivariate groups was normal, t test was applied to these groups. Single Factor Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) was applied to three or more variables, and Kruskal Wallis Test was applied to the "Type of School" variable with fewer than 30 groups. According to the results of the research, it was determined that private school teachers' perceptions of technology integration management were at an "undecided" level. It was found that private school teachers' perceptions of technology integration management did not differ significantly according to gender, but private school teachers' perceptions of technology integration management differed significantly depending on their educational status, the type of school they worked in, and the level of using educational technologies. In addition, the result of the research shows us that there is no significant difference between private school teachers' age, professional seniority and seniority in the institution on their perceptions of technology integration management.
