Öğretmen algılarına göre bilgievi yöneticilerinin liderlik özellikleri ile öğretmen motivasyonları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı; öğretmen algısına göre bilgievi yöneticilerinin sahip oldukları liderlik özelliklerinin kurumda çalışan öğretmenlerin motivasyonlarına etkisini incelemektir. Bu çalışmada ayrıca, öğretmen algılarına göre, bilgievi yöneticilerinin liderlik özelliklerinin öğretmenlerin motivasyonlarına etkilerinde demografik değişkenlere göre ( cinsiyeti, medeni durumu, eğitim durumu, hizmet yılı ve kurumda çalıştığı hizmet yılı) farklılaşma olup olmadığı da incelenmiştir. Çalışmada nicel araştırma modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2019-2020 eğitim ve öğretim döneminde İstanbul'da faaliyet gösteren bilgievlerinde çalışan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Turgut Karaköse tarafından geliştirilen ''Okul Müdürlerinin Davranışlarının Öğretmenlerin Motivasyonlarına Etkisi Anketi'' kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada elde edilen verilerin istatistiksel analizleri için SPSS programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular incelediğinde; bilgievinde çalışan öğretmenlerin, yöneticilerinin liderlik özelliklerini orta düzeyde algıladıkları bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlerin liderlik algı düzeyleri ile motivasyonları arasında anlamlı ve pozitif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmaktadır (p=,000<,05; r= ,624). Buna göre eğitim yöneticilerinin liderlik davranış düzeyleri arttıkça bilgievinde çalışan öğretmenlerin motivasyonu artmaktadır. Ayrıca bilgievlerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin yöneticilerin liderlik algılarının motivasyonlarını %38,6 oranında varyansın açıkladığı belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to examine the effects of leadership characteristics exhibited by knowledge house administrators on the motivation of teachers working in the institution according to the perception of teachers. In this study, it was also examined whether there is a difference in the effects of leadership characteristics of information house administrators on teachers' motivation according to the perceptions of teachers according to demographic variables (gender, marital status, educational status, years of service and years of service in the institution). Quantitative research model was used in the study. The working group of the research consists of teachers working in information houses operating in Istanbul in the 2019-2020 education and training period. As a data collection tool, "The" Questionnaire for the Effect of Behaviors of School Principals on Teachers' Motivation "developed by Turgut Karaköse was used. SPSS program was used for statistical analysis of the data obtained in this study. When examining the findings obtained in the research; It was found that teachers working in the knowledgehouse perceive the leadership characteristics of their administrators at a medium level. There is a significant and positive relationship between teachers' leadership perception levels and motivations (p =, 000 <, 05; r =, 591). Accordingly, as the leadership behavior levels of educational administrators increase, the motivation of teachers working in the Knowledge House increases. In addition, it was determined that 38.6% variance explained the motivation of the leadership perceptions of the administrators of teachers working in knowledge houses.
