Along with the advantages of rapid development in internet technology there are also disadvantages. Rapid developments in internet technology in a short period of time change the milestones and dynamics of a lot of different areas such as commerce, public service, education, entertainment, intelligence and defense. The removal of the services to Internet has provided many conveniences. However, lack of relevant legislation behind technological development and the lack of an institutionalized legal precedent in the world causes major problems. An example of these problems is “Tax-Raising Power” in accordance with “Country Sovereignty”, in connection with sovereignty in a digital world which does not possess matured boundaries, rules or law. One of the main purposes of this article is to present suggestions upon estimated calculation of tax evasion in Turkey on the Internet platform.
