Abstract

Bu çalışma, Kuran-ı Kerim'deki sosyal sorumluluğun rolünü vurgulamayı ve toplumsal barışın sağlanmasına ne gibi katkılarının olabileceğini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Bu baplamda, usul-i hamse olarak bilinen insanların dini ve sosyal hayattaki ihtiyaçlarını oluşturan beş esasın korunması aracılığıyla toplumsal barışın sağlanmasına katkıda bulunmayı hedeflemektedir. Bütün insanların ortak ve temel ihtiyaçları ve vazgeçilmesi olarak varsayılan insanın canı, malı, dini, aklı ve neslinin korunmasının güvenli ve istikrarlı bir şekilde olmasını sağlayarak insanların huzur içinde yaşamalarını ancak toplumsal bilinç ve sosyal sorumluluk ile sağlamaktır. Çalıma, betimsel, analitik ve çıkarımsal yöntemlere dayanmaktadır. Tez, bütüncül bir yaklaşımla, toplumsal barışın sağlanmasının, insanların onurlu bir yaşam sürmeleri için gereken beş esasın korunmasıyla bağlantılı olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışma, bir giriş ve üç bölüme ayrılmıştır. Birinci bölüm: sosyal sorumluluk ve toplumsal barışın tanımları, kavramları, önemi, sorumluluğun türleri ve koşulları ile toplumsal barış ile "beş esas" arasındaki ilişkiyi ele almaktadır. İkinci ve üçüncü bölümde: "beş esasın toplumsal barışın sağlanmasındaki önemini açıklamaktadır. Buradan hareketle söz konusu esasların toplum hayatında var olması veya olmaması durumunda ne gibi sonuçlara yol açacağını ortaya koymaya çalışmakta, bunların korunmasına yönelik yöntemleri ele almaktadır. Daha sonra, toplumsal barışın sağlanmasına katkıda bulunan sosyal uygulamaları açıklamaktadır. Çalışma, sosyal sorumluluğun, beş esasının korunmasını sağlayarak toplumsal barışın hayatta gerçekleşmesine katkıda bulunduğunu belirtmektedir. Çalışma, toplumda sosyal sorumluluğun rolünü, İslam hukuku, Kur'an ilimleri ve Kur'an'ın temel prensipleri ışığında ele almakta, aralarındaki münasebet ve önemini vurgulamaktadır.

This study aims to highlight the role of social responsibility in the Quran and to elucidate its contributions to achieving societal peace. In this context, it aims to contribute to the establishment of societal peace through the preservation of the five principles known as "usul-i hamse," which constitute the religious and social needs of individuals as outlined in the Quran. Ensuring the safety and stability of individuals' lives by safeguarding their shared and fundamental needs—namely life, property, religion, intellect, and progeny—can only be achieved through societal awareness and social responsibility. The study relies on descriptive, analytical, and deductive methods. It comprehensively demonstrates that the attainment of societal peace is intrinsically linked to the preservation of the five principles essential for individuals to lead dignified lives. The study is divided into an introduction and three chapters. The first chapter addresses the definitions, concepts, importance, types, and conditions of social responsibility and its relationship with societal peace and the "five principles." In the second and third chapters, the study explains the importance of the "five principles" in ensuring societal peace. It endeavors to illustrate the consequences of the presence or absence of these principles in societal life and discusses methods for their preservation. Subsequently, it elucidates social practices contributing to the establishment of societal peace. The study underscores that social responsibility contributes to the realization of societal peace by safeguarding the five principles. It examines the role of social responsibility in society within the framework of Islamic law, Quranic sciences, and the fundamental principles of the Quran, highlighting their interrelation and significance.
