Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezlerinin eğitim süreçlerinin öğrenci görüşlerine göre değerlendirmesi (Marmara Bölgesi örneği)

Abstract

Bu araştırma, Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığı bünyesindeki Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezlerinden İstanbul-Pendik Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezi ve Kocaeli Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezi üzerine yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı; Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezlerindeki öğrencilerin eğitim sürecinde karşılaştıkları problemleri tespit etmek ve bunlara çözüm önerileri sunmaktır. Bu çalışmada nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evreni, 2020-2021 eğitim-öğretim yılında, Kocaeli ve İstanbul-Pendik Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezlerinde eğitim gören 124 1. ve 2. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Evreni temsil eden örneklem grubu ise, Kocaeli ve İstanbul-Pendik Dini Yüksek İhtisas Merkezlerinde eğitim gören 1. ve 2. sınıf seviyesi her sınıftan kolay örnekleme yöntemi ile seçilen 97 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde "SPSS for Windows 20.0" programından yararlanılmıştır. Verileri analiz ederken frekans ve ki kare analizi kullanılmıştır. Ankette yer alan sorulara güvenilirlik analizi olarak Cronbach's Alpha testi uygulanmıştır. Bu testin sonucunda çalışmanın güvenirlik katsayısı 0,71 olarak bulunmuş ve anketin güvenilir olduğu görülmüştür. Bu araştırmada öğrencilerin kursa katılmadaki ana gayelerinin ilmi seviyelerini yükseltmek olduğu tespit edilmiş, verilen eğitimin kaliteli ve yeterli görüldüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte ihtisas eğitimi boyunca okutulan Pratik Arapça, Dinler Tarihi ve Mantık derslerinin yerine Siyer, İletişim/Diksiyon Becerisi, Din Psikolojisi ve Din Sosyolojisi derslerinin okutulmasının öğrenciler tarafından istendiği görülmüştür. Yine ihtisas eğitim programı süresinin daha uzun olması gerektiği ve bu süreçte elde edilen bilgilerin kalıcı olması için vaaz, seminer, konferans vb. etkinliklerin sık yapılması istenmiştir. Ayrıca, üç ayda bir yapılan sınavlarda başarısız olanların eski görev yerlerine iade edilmesinin öğrencilerin sınav odaklı kaygılarını artırdığı, bu tür sınavların uzun periyotlarla yapılmasının faydalı olacağı belirtilmiştir.

This research was carried out on Istanbul-Pendik Religious High Specialization Centre and Kocaeli Religious High Specialization Centre, which are among the Religious High Specialization Centres under the Presidency of Religious Affairs. Purpose of the research; To identify the problems encountered by the students in the Religious High Specialization Centres during the education process and to offer solutions to them. In this study, survey method, which is one of the quantitative research methods, and content analysis, were used. The universe of the research consists of 124 1st and 2nd grade students studying in Kocaeli and Istanbul-Pendik Religious High Specialization Centres in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample group representing the universe consists of 97 students selected by easy sampling method from each class at the 1st and 2nd grade levels studying in Kocaeli and İstanbul-Pendik Religious High Specialization Centres. Questionnaire form was used as data collection tool. The "SPSS for Windows 20.0" program was used in the analysis of the data. Frequency and chi-square analysis were used to analyze the data. Cronbach's Alpha test was applied to the questions in the questionnaire as a reliability analysis. As a result of this test, the reliability coefficient of the study was found to be 0.71 and it was seen that the questionnaire was reliable. In this research, it has been determined that the main purpose of the students in attending the course is to increase their scientific level, and it has been concluded that the education provided is of high quality and sufficient. In addition to this, it was observed that the students wanted Siyer, Communication/Diction Skills, Psychology of Religion and Sociology of Religion courses to be taught instead of Practical Arabic, History of Religions and Logic courses taught during his residency education. Again, sermons, seminars, conferences, etc. should be used to ensure that the duration of the specialized training program should be longer, and the information obtained in this process is permanent. Frequent activities were requested. In addition, it has been stated that returning those who fail the quarterly exams to their former positions increases the exam-oriented anxiety of the students, and it would be beneficial to conduct such exams in long periods.
