Özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılıkları ile sınıf yönetimi becerileri arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

Bu çalışmada özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılıkları ile sınıf yönetim becerileri arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda araştırmaya gönüllü olan 239 özel eğitim öğretmeni üzerinde kişisel bilgi formu (cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, yaş, istihdam şekli, görev süresi, engel durumu ve branş bilgilerini içeren) Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği ve Sınıf Yönetimi Becerileri Ölçeği ile veri toplanmıştır. Çalışmada kişisel bilgi formu ve ölçeklerin tüm sorularının frekans ve yüzdeleri hesaplanmış ve ölçek değerleri hesaplanarak normallik değerlerine bakılmıştır. Bu çalışmada özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılıkları ve sınıf yönetimi becerileri ile cinsiyet, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, yaş, çalışılan yıl, engel durumu ve branş arasında anlamlı bir farklılık olmadığı; sadece istihdam şekline göre örgütsel bağlılık ve sınıf yönetim beceri düzeylerinin anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca özel eğitim öğretmenlerinin örgütsel bağlılıkları ile sınıf yönetimi becerileri arasında orta düzeyde aynı yönlü pozitif ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir.

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the relationship between special education teachers' organizational commitment and classroom management skills. For this purpose, the Organizational Commitment Scale and Classroom Management Skills Scale and personal information form (gender, marital status, education status, age, employment type, tenure, disability status and branch information) were applied to 239 special education teachers who volunteered for the study. The frequency and percentages of all questions of the information form and scales were calculated and the normality assumption was checked by calculating the scale values. As a result of the assumption analysis, it was determined that non-parameter statistical methods would be used for the hypotheses. In the study, answers were sought for a total of seventeen hypotheses. As a result of the study, 14 of 17 hypotheses were rejected and only 3 were confirmed. In this direction, it was found that there was no significant relationship between special education teachers' organizational commitment and classroom management skills and gender, marital status, education level, age, years of work, disability and branch; It was determined that organizational commitment and classroom management skill levels differed significantly only according to type of employment. In addition, it was determined that there is a moderate and same-directional relationship between the organizational commitment of special education teachers and their classroom management skills.
