Yapay zekâ, yapay zekâ etiği ve insan doğasının geleceği

Abstract

Yapay zekâ, etki alanı dünyada giderek artan bir teknolojidir. Ortaya çıktığı andan itibaren insanı, toplumu ve gezegenimizi etkileyen yapay zekâ teknolojisinin etkileri doğru bir şekilde tespit edilmeli ve olası olumsuz sonuçları öngörülerek tedbirler alınmalıdır. Yapay zekâyı vaat ve tehditleriyle ele alıp, beraberinde getirdiği imkânları değerlendirirken aynı zamanda riskleri konusunda da bilinçli davranarak hayatımıza entegre etmeliyiz. Bu bağlamda çalışmamızda yapay zekânın insana olan etkisi tahkik edilmiş ve uzak gelecekte insanın konumu, değişim ve dönüşüm senaryoları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. İnsanın türünü devam ettirebilmesi, yapay zekâ gerçekliğini bilinçli bir şekilde karşılamasına ve onunla aynı gezegeni paylaşma gerçekliğini kabul etmesine bağlıdır. Bu amaca hizmet etmesini amaçladığımız çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde yapay zekânın mahiyetine, tarihsel olarak gelişim aşamalarına yer verilirken çalışmamızın ikinci bölümünde yapay zekânın bilinç kazanma olasılığında davranışlarının etik olarak nasıl değerlendirileceği problemine yer verilmiştir. Son olarak çalışmamızın üçüncü bölümünde yapay zekâ karşısında insan türünün akıbeti konusuna değinilmiştir.

Artificial intelligence is a technology whose impact is increasing around the world. The factors of artificial intelligence technology, which has affected people, society and our planet since its emergence, should be identified accurately and precautions should be taken by foreseeing possible negative consequences. We should consider the opportunities brought by artificial intelligence with its promises and threats, but at the same time, we should integrate it into our lives by being conscious of its risks. In our study, the effect of artificial intelligence on humans has been investigated and the position of humans, change and transformation scenarios in the distant future have been tried to be determined. The survival of the human species depends on consciously meeting the reality of artificial intelligence and accepting the reality of sharing the same planet with it. While the first part of our study, which we aim to serve this purpose, covers the nature of artificial intelligence and its historical development stages, the second part of our study covers how to ethically evaluate the behavior of artificial intelligence in the possibility of gaining consciousness. Finally, in the third part of our study, the fate of the human species in the face of artificial intelligence is discussed.
