Denetim modelleri ile öğretmen performansı ve okul etkililiği arasındaki ilişki

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, denetim modelleri ile öğretmen performansı ve okul etkililiği algıları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırma nicel araştırma yöntemine ve ilişkisel tarama modeline göre gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Ağrı ili devlet okullarında görev yapan 6.914 öğretmen, örneklemini ise 387 öğretmen oluşturmuştur. Veriler, "Denetim Modelleri Ölçeği" "Öğretmen Performansı Ölçeği" "Okul Etkililiği Ölçeği" yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Araştırma toplanan veriler normal dağıldığından dolayı parametrik analizler yapılarak çözümlenmiştir. Ölçek puanlarının demografik değişkenlere göre karşılaştırılmasında t-testi ve ANOVA analizleri, değişkenler arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesinde Pearson Korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmada değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler incelendiği zaman, öğretmenlerin okul etkililiği algıları ile klinik denetim, gelişimsel denetim, farklılaşmış denetim ve sanatsal denetim arasında anlamlı düzeyde ilişki olmadığı, okul etkililiği ile bilimsel denetim arasında ise pozitif yönde ve düşük düzeyde anlamlı ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin okul etkililiği algıları ile performansları arasında pozitif yönde ve düşük düzeyde anlamlı ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretmen performansı ile bilimsel denetim, klinik denetim, gelişimsel denetim, farklılaşmış denetim ve sanatsal denetim arasında pozitif yönde ve düşük düzeyde anlamlı ilişki olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between supervision models and perceptions of teacher performance and school effectiveness. The research was carried out according to the quantitative research method and the relational survey model. The population of the study consisted of 6,914 teachers working in public schools in Ağrı province, and the sample consisted of 387 teachers. The data were collected with the help of "Supervision Models Scale", "Teacher Performance Scale" and "School Effectiveness Scale". Since the collected data were normally distributed, the research was analyzed by making parametric analyzes. T-test and ANOVA analyzes were used to compare scale scores according to demographic variables, and Pearson Correlation analysis was used to determine the relationship between variables. When the relationships between the variables were examined in the study, it was determined that there was no significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of school effectiveness and clinical supervision, developmental supervision, differentiated supervision and artistic supervision, while there was a positive and low-level significant relationship between school effectiveness and scientific supervision. It has been determined that there is a positive and low-level significant relationship between teachers' perceptions of school effectiveness and their performance. It has been revealed that there is a positive and low level significant relationship between teacher performance and scientific supervision, clinical supervision, developmental supervision, differentiated supervision and artistic supervision.
