Manevi Danışmanlık Bağlamında Beled Suresinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Kur'an-ı Kerim'in 90. suresi olup 20 ayetten oluşan Beled Suresi'nin manevi danışmanlık bağlamında incelenmesidir. Çalışmanın amacına ulaşmak için, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden literatür taraması yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, Beled Suresi'nin insanın psikolojik yönünü ahlaki erdemler ve psikolojik zaaflar olmak üzere iki yönden ele aldığı görülmüştür. Beled Suresi'nin işaret ettiği ahlaki erdemlerin mücadele azmi, yardımseverlik, şükür, fedakârlık, sabırlı ve merhametli olmak, psikolojik zaafların ise kibir, cimrilik, mal biriktirme düşkünlüğü, israf etme, bencillik, basiretsizlik/kalp katılığı/gaflet, kuruntu/hayal, kendini beğenmişlik/ucb olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca Beled Suresi'nden faydalanılarak en iyi olma saplantısının yanlış olduğu bilincinin kazandırılması, karşılaşılan zorlukların hayatın bir parçası olduğu bilincinin kazandırılması, karşılan zorluklara karşı sabırlı olmanın ahirette mükâfatla sonuçlanacağı bilincinin kazandırılması, Allah'ın rızasını kazanma yolunda harcamalar yaparken samimi olmanın önemli olduğu bilincinin kazandırılması, muhtaç insanlara yardımcı olmanın önemli olduğu bilincinin kazandırılması, merhametli olmanın önemli olduğu bilincinin kazandırılması manevi danışmanlık tekniği olarak önerilmiştir.

The aim of this research is to examine the 90th surah (chapter) of the Quran, known as Surah Al-Balad, consisting of 20 verses, in the context of spiritual counseling. This study is significant for filling a notable gap in the literature, offering a new perspective on spiritual counseling, and demonstrating the potential integration of Islamic sources into spiritual counseling processes. To achieve the study's objectives, a qualitative research method, specifically documentary analysis, was employed. The research drew upon existing studies on Surah Al-Balad and some key Quranic exegeses. The results of the study indicate that Surah Al-Balad addresses the psychological aspect of human beings from two perspectives: moral virtues and psychological weaknesses. The moral virtues highlighted by Surah Al-Balad include determination, generosity, gratitude, sacrifice, patience, and compassion. On the other hand, the psychological weaknesses pointed out include arrogance, stinginess, materialistic tendencies, extravagance, selfishness, heedlessness, suspicion/illusion, and arrogance/self-admiration. Additionally, the study suggests spiritual counseling techniques based on Surah Al-Balad, such as fostering awareness that the obsession with being the best is misguided, instilling the understanding that facing difficulties is natural, emphasizing patience in the face of challenges will be rewarded in the afterlife, to raise awareness that it is important to be sincere when helping others to gain God's approval, promoting the importance of assisting those in need, and stressing the significance of compassion.
