Yönetici tutumları ve ders imkanlarının müzik öğretmenlerinin mesleki tükenmişlikleri üzerine etkisi

Abstract

Araştırmada, müzik eğitiminin temel amaçlarını gerçekleştirme de etkili olan müzik dersi imkanların sağlanmasının önemi vurgulanmakta, okul yöneticilerinin müzik derslerine ve müzik öğretmenlerine olan tutumlarının müzik öğretmenlerinin mesleki tükenmişlik düzeylerine etkisi incelenmektedir. İstanbul ili Esenyurt ilçesindeki ortaokul ve liselerde 2017-2018 eğitim-öğretim yılında görev yapan 76 müzik öğretmeninin görüşlerine başvurulmuş, öğretmenlere Öğretimsel Liderlik Tutum Ölçeği ve Tükenmişlik Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Müzik öğretmenlerinin, öğretimsel liderlik tutumu, tükenmişlik ve tükenmişlik alt boyutlarına ilişkin görüşleri aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız örnekler t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, korelasyon ve regresyon analizi kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. Müzik öğretmenlerinin Öğretimsel Liderlik Tutumlarına ilişkin görüşleri cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem, mezun oldukları kurum, haftalık ders saati ve çalıştıkları kurum değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir fark göstermez iken, öğretmenlerin tükenmişliğe ilişkin görüşleri incelendiğinde, tükenmişlik ile cinsiyet ve haftalık ders saati değişkenleri arasında anlamlı bir fark görüldüğü sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bununla beraber, öğretimsel liderlik tutumu ve tükenmişlik arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiş ve öğretimsel liderlik tutumlarının tükenmişliği anlamlı düzeyde yordadığı tespit edilmiştir.

This research has emphasized the importance of the supplements of teaching opportunities which are mostly effective in fulfilling the basic aims of the music lesson and also has studied the effect of the attitudes of the school principles’ towards music teachers and music lesson on music teachers’ occupational burnout levels. The study has been conducted through 76 music teachers’ views, serving in secondary and high schools in Esenyurt, İstanbul during 2017-2018 academic year, have been collected and Educational Leadership Attitude Scale and Burnout Scale have been applied on these teachers. Their views of Educational Leadership Attitude Scale, Burnout Scale and Burnout sub-dimension have been resolved by using arithmetic average, standard deviation, unpaired t test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis. It can be said that, however the views of these music teachers on the Educational Leadership Attitudes do not mostly diverge in terms of gender, professional seniority, the institution that were graduated,weekly course hours and the institution they are serving for, there have been significant amount of difference between the burnout and gender and weekly course hours variables when teachers’ views about burnout taken into consideration. Moreover, there has been also found out significant relation between the educational leadership attitudes and burnout and it can be also proved that educational leadership attitudes predicts burnout at a significant level.
