Okul müdürlerinin teknolojik liderlik düzeylerinin öğretmen görüşlerine göre incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, okul müdürlerinin teknolojik liderlik düzeylerinin öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda incelenmesidir. Bu araştırmada nice araştırma yöntemlerinden ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2020-2021 eğitim öğretim yılın da Tekirdağ ili Çerkezköy ilçesindeki 16 tane devlet liselerinde görev yapmakta olan 635 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma da evrenin tamamına ulaşılması zor olduğu için her okul türünden kolayda ulaşılabilir örnekleme yöntemiyle 8 tane lise belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, 348 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında "Yöneticiler İçin Ulusal Eğitim Teknolojileri Standartları" (NETS-A) standartlarını içeren Banoğlu (2012) tarafından geliştirilen "Eğitim Yöneticilerinin Teknoloji Liderliği Yeterlilikleri Ölçeği" kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin ve alt boyutlarının normallik dağılımları incelerek, verilerin analizinde kullanılacak istatistiksel yöntemler belirlenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, öğretmenler okul müdürlerinin teknoloji liderliğini "orta" düzeyde algılamaktadır. Öğretmenler okul müdürlerini dijital vatandaşlık alt boyutunda en yüksek, sistematik gelişim alt boyutunda ise en düşük düzeyde teknolojik lider olarak görmektedirler. Öğretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine ve teknolojik bilgi ve beceri düzeylerine göre, okul müdürlerinin teknolojik liderliklerine ilişkin algıları anlamlı farklılık göstermemiştir. Öğretmenlerin hizmet sürelerine ve yaşlarına göre, okul müdürlerinin teknolojik liderliklerine ilişkin algıları anlamlı fark göstermektedir.

The aim of this research is to examine the level of technological leadership of school principals in line with the views of teachers. Relational screening model from nice research methods was used in this research. The universe of the study is composed of 635 teachers who work in 16 public high schools in Cerkezkoy District of Tekirdag province in the 2020-2021 academic year. Because the research is difficult to reach the entire universe, 8 high schools have been identified by the easily accessible sampling method of each type of school. The sample of the study consisted of 348 teachers. The "technology leadership competencies scale of Education managers" developed by Banoğlu (2012), which includes the "National Educational Technology Standards for managers" (NETS-A) standards, was used in the collection of data. By examining the normality distributions of scales and their sub-dimensions, statistical methods were determined to be used in the analysis of the data. Teachers perceive headteachers 'technology leadership at a "moderate" level, research finds Teachers view school principals as the highest level of technological leaders in the lower dimension of digital citizenship and the lowest level of technological leaders in the lower dimension of systematic development. According to teachers 'gender and level of technological knowledge and skills, school principals' perceptions of their technological leadership did not differ significantly. According to the length of service of teachers and their age, the perceptions of school principals about their technological leadership show significant differences.
