Yenilikçi okul geliştirme ölçeği: Geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması

Abstract

21. yüzyılda gelişen ve değişen dünya düzeni ile hayatımızın her alanında teknolojik gelişmeler ve dijital dönüşümler yaşanmaktadır. Toplumların tarımdan sanayiye sonrasında enformasyon toplumuna ve günümüzde 21. yüzyılda teknolojinin merkezinde olduğu bilgi çağında; eğitim, sağlık, endüstri, çevre, siyaset gibi tüm alanlarda yenileşmenin ve yeniliklerin yaşanması kaçınılmaz olmuştur. Çalışmamızın amacı ise eğitim sisteminde yaşanan gelişme ve yeniliklerin okul geliştirme süreci açısından değerlendirilmesi ve ''Yenilikçi Okul Geliştirme Ölçeği''ni geliştirerek literatüre katkı sağlamasıdır. Bu amaçla araştırmamızda daha detaylı bilgilere ulaşabilmek için karma yöntemle çalışılmıştır. İlk aşamada önceden hazırlamışolduğumuz6 tane araştırma sorumuzu amaçlı örneklem yöntemi seçtiğimiz 11 okul yöneticisine odak grup görüşmesi yöntemi kullanarak uygulama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen verileri içerik analiz programı ile değerlendirerek ve kapsamlı literatür taraması ile 230 maddeden oluşan bir madde havuzu oluşturulmuştur. Gerekli incelemelerle benzer, aynı anlama gelen maddelerin çıkarılması ve uzman görüşü ile 102 maddeye indirilmiştir. İlk aşamada 402 eğitimciye uygulanarak açımlayıcı faktör analizi ile 6 boyut ve 45 maddelik son hali oluşturulmuştur. İkinci aşamada ise 451 eğitimciye uygulama yapılarak doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile ölçek doğrulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucu Yenilikçi Okul Geliştirme Ölçeğinin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

The aim of our study is to evaluate the developments and innovations in the education system in terms of the school development process and to contribute to the literature by developing the "Innovative School Development Scale". For this purpose, in our research, mixed method was used to reach more detailed information. The implementation was conducted in the first stage using the focus group interview method with 11 school administrators, for whom we choose the purposeful sampling method for 6 of our previously prepared research topics. An item pool consisting of 230 items was created by evaluating the obtained data with the content analysis program and by a comprehensive literatüre review. It was reduced to 102 items with the removal of similar and similar items with the necessary examinations and expert opinion. Firstly, it was applied to 402 educators and the final version of 6 dimensions and 45 items was created by exploratory factor analysis. Than, the scale was verified by confirmatory factor analysis by applying to 451 educators. As a result of the analyzes made, it was concluded that the Innovative School Development Scale is a valid and reliable scale.
