Abstract

Bu araştırma, Kur'an-ı Kerim'de Hz. Muhammed'in (s.a.v) Peygamberlik ve Risâlet vasıflarının farkını çıkarmayı amaçlamaktadır. Dil ve terim açısından müfessirlerin görüşlerini inceleyerek bu özelliklerin yerlerini belirlemeye çalışır. Araştırma, peygamberlik vasfının 60 farklı yerde, Risalet’in ise 432 farklı yerde belirtildiğini ve bu özelliklerin 9 yerde birleştiğini göstermiştir. Bu nedenle, alimler peygamberlik ve Risalet’in arasında ayrım yapmışlar ve her peygamberin bir nebi olduğunu ancak her nebinin bir resul olmadığını belirlemişlerdir. Araştırma, Hz. Muhammed'in (s.a.v) peygamberlik vasfının ve Risalet’in niteliklerinin incelenmesine odaklanmıştır, ayrıca ismiyle anıldığı durumların ve ona hitaben kullanılan zamirlerin incelenmesiyle bu özelliklerin açıklığa kavuşturulması hedeflenmiştir. Araştırmacı, bu çalışmada indüktif, analitik, kıyaslayıcı ve tümevarımcı yöntemleri kullanmıştır. Araştırma, Kur'an ayetlerinde "her nebi bir resuldür ve her resul bir nebidir" olduğu sonucuna varmıştır. Bu nedenle, resul ve nebi kavramları bir kişi için ayrıcalıklı iki nitelik olarak kabul edilir: o kişi Allah ile arasında bir nebi olarak ve insanlar arasında bir resul olarak kabul edilir. Bu çalışma, araştırmacıları Kuran ayetlerinde zamiri incelemeye daha fazla önem vermeye teşvik etmektedir.

This research aims to distinguish between the prophethood and messengership attributes of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) as mentioned in the Quran. It examines the perspectives of commentators regarding language and terminology to identify these attributes. The study reveals that the attribute of prophethood is mentioned in 60 different instances, whereas messengership is referenced in 432 different instances, with a convergence of these attributesin 9 instances. Consequently, scholars have differentiated between prophethood and messengership, asserting that while every prophet is a prophet, not every prophet is a messenger . The research focuses on analyzing the qualities of prophethood and messengership attributed to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), aiming to clarify these attributes through the examination of situations where he is addressed by name and pronouns referring to him . The researcher employs inductive, analytical, comparative, and inductive methods in this study. The research concludes, based on Quranic verses, that "every prophet is a messenger, and every messenger is a prophet." Therefore, the concepts of messenger and prophet are considered two distinct attributes for an individual: one who is recognized as a prophet by Allah and as a messenger by the people. This study encourages researchers to give more importance to the examination of pronouns in Quranic verses.
