Since October 7, 2023, Gaza has faced a large-scale Israeli assault that has devastated all aspects of life, including human lives, infrastructure, and essential services. This paper examines the impact of the ongoing conflict, arguing that the destruction is part of a deliberate strategy aimed at forcing the displacement of Gaza’s population, either through unbearable living conditions or direct violence. Gaza's economic and social structures, already crippled by years of blockade and deprivation, have now reached a breaking point. Key sectors such as agriculture, industry, and public services have collapsed, leading to extreme poverty, high unemployment, and widespread food insecurity. This study highlights the social and economic consequences of the conflict, detailing the emergence of alternative work opportunities, the chaos surrounding humanitarian aid distribution, and the severe living conditions faced by Gazans. It concludes with recommendations for the international community to ensure the fair distribution of aid, the restoration of vital services, and the importance of resuming education and economic activities for the population's survival. The paper further explores the resilience of the people of Gaza in the face of these challenges, highlighting their resistance to forced migration and the Israeli goal of transforming Palestinian territories into exclusively Israeli lands. It also discusses the emergence of informal economic activities during the conflict and the chaos surrounding humanitarian aid distribution. The study concludes by proposing policy recommendations to address the urgent humanitarian needs in Gaza, emphasizing the importance of equitable aid distribution, restoring basic services, and supporting long-term economic and social recovery.en_US
