Halep şehrinde bulunan Osmanlı eserlerinin incelenmesi ve savaşın etkileri

Abstract

Tez çalışmamda, dünyanın en eski şehirlerinden olan Halep'in İslami dönemlerin başından günümüze kadar olan genel özellikleri ve mimari unsurları anlatılmıştır. Bu çalışma referanslar ve uzman danışmanlığı sayesinde daha çok güç kazanmıştır. Tez çalışmam dört bölümden oluşmaktadır: -Birinci bölümde kent tarihi, önemi ve İslami dönemlerden itibaren anlatılmıştır. Her dönemde şehrin genişlemesi, en önemli eserleri ve mimari özellikleri açıklanmıştır. -İkinci bölümde, Halep'in Osmanlı Dönemi'nde inşa edilen en önemli yapıları, her çeşit yapıya örnek ,her binanın konumu, hangi yılda inşa edildiği, tüm mimari özellikleri, yapısal elemanları, cepheleri, restorasyon aşamaları, dekorasyon(hatlar, mukarnaslar, bitki ve yıldız desenler, muzerrer ve ablak sanatı) tanımlanmıştır. -Üçüncü bölümde, savaştan sonra Halep'te bulunan 16 eserde oluşan hasarlar, şahsen Halep'e gidip yaptığım hasar tespit çalışmaları yapılmış, eski şehir ve şimdiki sorunları (kentsel ve mimari sorunları) incelenmiştir. Ayrıca Almanya'dan örnek olarak, üç yapının restorasyon aşamaları anlatılmıştır. -Dördüncü bölümde ise UNESCO , Eski Şehir Müdürlüğü, Kültür Müdürlüğü ve Vakıflar Müdürlüğü'nün yaptıkları çalışmalar anlatılmıştır. Halep'de yapılması gereken çalışmalar ve öneriler sunulmuştur. -Sonuç bölümünde ise olarak ise Halep'de bulunan Osmanlı eserlerinin incelenmesi ve savaşın etkileri anlatılmakla birlikte çözüm seçenekleri de sunulmuştur.

In my thesis ,the general features and architectural elements of Aleppo are being explained. Aleppo is one of the oldest cities in the world, the included buildings are date from the beginning of the Islamic era to the present day. This work has gained greater strength thanks to references and experts advices. My thesis consists of four chapters: - In the first chapter, the history and importance of the city and the Islamic periods are explained. Expansion of the city in each period, i explain in this chapter the most important works and architectural features. - the second part talks about the most important buildings in Aleppo during the Ottoman period, examples of all types of buildings and the location of each building and which year it was built, all the architectural features, structural elements, restoration, decoration (lines, mukarnaslar, Stellar patterns, intentional art). - the third chapter: indicates the damage that was examined in 16 works found in Aleppo after the war, and the studies of the damage that I personally examined in Aleppo and the Old City and its current problems (urban and architectural problems). Additionally I explain the stages of restoration of the three structures are described as examples from Germany. - In Section IV you can see the activities of the UNESCO, the Directorate of the Old City, the Directorate of Culture and the Directorate of Institutions. Studies and recommendations will be presented in Aleppo. In the conclusion I have summarized the analysis of the Ottoman works in Aleppo and the effects of the war and the solutions that can be implemented.
