| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmanın amacı, öğretmenler tarafından algılanan "Okul Müdürleri Liderlik Stilleri" nin, "Öğretmenlerin Mesleki Profesyonelliği" ne etkisini incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul İli resmi (devlet ve özel) ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma evreninde, 12.344 öğretmen yer almaktadır. Araştırmaya yönelik veriler, "Okul Müdürleri Liderlik Stilleri Ölçeği (OMLSÖ)" İLE "Öğretmenlerin Mesleki Profesyonellikleri Ölçeği (ÖMPÖ)" yardımıyla toplanmıştır. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinden faydalanılan bu çalışmanın araştırma modeli olarak "ilişkisel tarama" seçilmiştir. | en_US |
